Front desk is not all that helpful. It would be nice if they didn’t reek cigarette smell and if they had more knowledge about the local coffee shops and restaurants. Otherwise, wonderful place! Loved the amenities, cleanliness, water pressure, complementary water bottles, breakfast, newly renovated room, decor of the hotel. We first received a room drenched in cigarette smell and asked for a new room without the smell. That was the only downside. Hope we can get a hotel like this in other cities as well! Very happy with the stay and will definitely come back!

Come quickly! This hotel is on its way to becoming a 5 STARS hotel⭐️ Upon arriving, the check-in was less than a minute. Free parking is available down the alley beside the hotel main entrance. Rooms were super clean and it was a bonus that the hotel is new! We have a 65 inch TV in our room and a toilet bowl that has many functions. The ultimate bonus was LG’s Tromm styler which sanitises our clothes within 1.5 hours. Who needs a washing machine when you have such a cool machine! There’s free bread, eggs and water for breakfast. You could use the toaster and microwave as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Browndot. Super value for money!

Great and I enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel is quite new in 2023 and there are nice amenities however parking can be a challenge when we rented our own car and the weekend packed full with cars in not just whole carpark in the neighborhood and surrounding to the brim.
