Dahkgalbi is my favourite Korean dish! I had it once authentically nearby and 7 years later I promised myself I’d make the trek to eat some! After learning this, some locals in Seoul told me that I must go to this shop. They said that locals from the area went there and I had to get cheese + the fried riced rolls. You can see numerous celebrity signatures on the walls when you walk in, so you know it’s good! Fully knowing I was only 1 person, I stopped by daiso on the way for takeout containers because this is typically not a meal eaten alone. Little did I know, since they do delivery they had some in house. But I didn’t feel to judged when I went. Additionally they give bibs, so if you drop any, it saves your white sweater! The dahkgalbi was so good! I wish I ordered extra rice cakes but together with the white kimchi and ssam, I was living the dream. Will go again when I’m back! Note: the bathroom is outside in the back and has a code so make sure to take a pic and have google photo translate ready. Helped me find it ASAP.

We love dak gal bi. We go to Chun Cheon to eat dak gal bi every time we visit Korea! It is so yummy. Sajang nim, thank you for the awesome food and service!

Very good chicken ribs. One of the best chicken ribs in Chuncheon.
